International students: (also relevant: general scholarships)

The majority of scholarships listed below do not require a social security number, legal residency or citizenship in order to apply. As a general rule, if an application asks for a social security number and you do not have one yet, leave that space blank but fill out the rest of the app and turn it in.

Holocaust Remembrance Project Scholarship
High School students 9-12 grade, age 19 and under. Must be residents of US or Mexico or US Citizens living abroad.

Migrant Scholarships
There are many to choose from on this site, with different requirements. Exist to offer financial assistance to migrant students who want to further their education.
