CMYK Magazine Call for Aspiring Creatives (and) Best of Web Competitions

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. CBC Souses Visual Arts Scholarship. The CBC Spouses Visual Arts Scholarship was established in 2006 for students who are pursing a career in the visual arts.

There is also a partner scholarship available w/ WalMart called the CBCF/Wal-Mart Strive For Excellence Scholarship, but I can't seem to find a web listing for it anywhere. Contact the CBC for more details.
